ABC ANNOUNCES THE PREMIERE OF THE SIXTH AND FINAL SEASON OF “LOST,”
WITH A SPECIAL ALL-NIGHT EVENT ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2

ABC announces the premiere of the sixth and final season of “Lost,” with a special all-night event on Tuesday, February 2. A recap special will kick off the night from 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET, followed by the much anticipated two-hour premiere from 9:00-11:00 p.m.
The series will then air in its regular time period – Tuesday nights from 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET – beginning the following week, on February 9.

“Lost” stars Naveen Andrews as Sayid, Nestor Carbonell as Richard Alpert, Emilie de Ravin as Claire, Michael Emerson as Ben, Jeff Fahey as Frank Lapidus, Matthew Fox as Jack, Jorge Garcia as Hurley, Josh Holloway as Sawyer, Daniel Dae Kim as Jin, Yunjin Kim as Sun, Ken Leung as Miles, Evangeline Lilly as Kate, Terry O’Quinn as Locke and Zuleikha Robinson as Ilana.
“Lost” was created by Jeffrey Lieber and J.J. Abrams & Damon Lindelof. Abrams, Lindelof, Bryan Burk, Jack Bender, Edward Kitsis, Adam Horowitz, Jean Higgins and Carlton Cuse serve as executive producers. “Lost,” which is filmed entirely on location in Hawaii and premiered on September 22, 2004, is from ABC Studios.

    I can't wait either!.. Although, I was not a fan of season 5. Thank god the season 5 finally made up for it.

    Also for Lost lovers, I HIGHLY recommend taking on the Battlestar Galactica series. I recently watched the series and found it even more addicting than Lost. It was so good.

    I've been feverishly signing out the DVD's from my local library trying to recap & catch up before the next season starts (BTW, DVD's are the best way to watch this show. No commercials, no having to wait a week to see what's next, no chance of waiting a week and getting a rerun, storyline is much easier to follow, etc). Amazing show. Can't wait till Feb.

    DVD is definitely the way to go. I watched the first 4 seasons on DVD before season 5 started and it was great. Having to wait a week for every episode last season killed me. Can't wait to see how this finally ends...

    Well, I'm assuming that since Elizabeth Mitchell is doing V, she won't be in season 6. **spoiler deleted**
    I'm looking forward to this though. I watched all five seasons over the summer. I NEED RESOLUTION, DAMMIT! :D

    My prince complained all last season about Lost, how it brought up as many questions as it answered, that it just drove him crazy, blah blah woof woof, and he STILL watched it every week. So I've asked him if he's going to watch it this season. I don't think he's made up his mind. He says probably not but I'm guessing that when I sit down in front of the TV he'll be there too. :silent:

    Me, I've come this far. No matter how much the show frustrates me at times, I have to see it through to the end now. :thumbup:
