    I'm finding that the best thing about being aware of how I feel is that the feelings don't have to be carried around. They can be felt and then let go if they're that type or they can be felt and managed if they're that type or they can burn or burn out if they are that type. :?

    (It's a lot less heavy than stuffing everything down in an oblivious way.) :geek:

    it's sort of a fucked up feeling growing up knowing your family sitiuatuion was not "ideal"

    but dealing with it.

    then at age 37 finding out shit about your parents, that blows you mind, and makes you feel that
    everything you thought you knew, every memory is .......... tainted.
