How to control tour depression after that Philly Experience?

    I got a tone of goodies uploading & posting over @ Facebook. Love that little community. ;) Though parking lot G2, will forever be stuck in my head for a very long time! :) It was great seeing you too! With word from few friends in the area that Pearl Jam will be playing MSG for 4 night's in May '10, my insane 1000+ heart beats a minute, has me seeking & thinking. Hope to see you again in the east coast, C! :)

    What is there to do? Maybe go out and get another hobby besides PJ. They are not going to be around forever.

    I know what u mean... people at work give me looks like I'm crazy when I tell I drove to Philly 3 times this week to see Pearl Jam.

    same here...and then when the people at work ask me how the shows were I can't even convey to them the experience and how great it was

    Everyone at work thought we would have gotten over it.....Now they can't understand why we're sucking up every last bit of info and pictures and video just trying to re-live every moment...

    I just think of all the fans worldwide who wish they could have gone and it makes me even more grateful for being able to go to all 4 shows......plus my wallet needs a breather!!!!!!!!!

    they will be back before you know it....NYC...Boston...then we can do it all over again!!

    It is a ridiculous thing....all I can think about is how badly I want to see them again now. Serious tour depression...I haven't stopped listening to bootlegs and watching Youtube videos since I got back to Pittsburgh from Philly. They better go on tour next year...but I don't know if I can wait that long : ( I'm wishing Australia wasn't so far away.

    I have to admit that on Monday, when people at work were asking me how it was... Damn it was hard to know that I have to wait for next year now!!!!

    At the same time, it will be hard to go to the next PJ show 'cause that last one in Philly will be pretty hard to beat, I can say that much!!!

    yeah...it was inevitable eh D? after such a high riding wave of a week(end) it can only go in one direction afterwards. But all the pics/vids/comments on fbook have been great and kept things better than usual after a pj concert set. Great to be able to connect with so many others and share the same awesome experiences and feelings, and even moreso after the shows if our usual worlds don't quite ''get it'' lol. And turns out most of us are connecting once again in that we are getting sick!! so in some ways we're still all in it together!

    This is actually the first set of shows that i didn't feel the post tour depression thing with :D I think maybe because i feel so lucky to have been there and i am just still in disbelief about the energy, setlists, everything :D I hope im not speaking too soon, because i know this feeling, and it sucks! A good way to knock it out though is to think about where close to you they will possibly play next :D Maybe even start a tour fund jar so it feels like you are working up to the next time you'll see a show :)

    Plus, I heard some MSG rumors in the not so distant future so theres that to look forward to..
