    well of course alice in chains played there song better, they wrote it, duh. I doubt alice in chains could play a Godsmack song as good as Godsmack.

    You totally missed the point. I just proved they're a "ripoff". Also why would Alice In Chains play a Godsmack song? It would just sound like they're playing a really shitty Alice In Chains song.

    there was that "never misunderstand me" song, and then the song that goes "yeah" a bunch of times, and then that wiccan snakebite song was kind of a hit.

    Fine whatever Godsmack sucks I guess but at least there fans are kool and not a bunch of ***holes like some of you guys. Im also a membre of a Godsmack message board and I showed them this message board and they were making fun of you guys. They said they would come on and do it but they cant because there not in the fan club.

    Godsmacks lastest single "Whiskey Hangover" went #1 and Godsmack just came off a very successful tour this summer, they have alot of fans. And similar to Pearl Jam, they put on an amazing live show.

    gimme a break. you had to expect some hate on this, suggesting GS is better than PJ on THE PJ MESSAGE BOARD. Get a brain, dude. :roll:

    I liked GS's first album and the acoustic EP (which they also copied from AIC-see Jar of Flies and Sap), but every song is the same. They put on a good show (saw them twice on their own in a theatre and once they opened for Metallica), but their show is pretty much the same all the time. It got boring.

    I bought Whiskey Hangover off iTunes without even hearing it. Then I listened to it.

    What a waste of $.99 .
