Didnt see a thread for this yet...

are we gonna share entries after the deadline passes in... 2 days?

would love to see what everyone came up with... not crazy about mine but im glad i finally sat down and did something... hasnt been nearly as much talk about this one as there was about the poster design thing so maybe my chances are ok? :?

anyway... post em here after the deadline!

    i was wondering if anyone was ever going to make a painting thread ...

    i sent 3 paintings in - just waiting till after the deadline (after the tee contest shit that happened to me :roll: ) then ill post a link up.

    i love seeing everyone's designs for these contests - its amazing how fantastic the entries are, i'd hate to have to judge them

    I was hoping to complete 3 paintings, a little trilogy of my own design. But I only got to finish the first 2.
    So here are my interpretations of Hard to Imagine, and Breakerfall. (Severed Hand would have been the 3rd but its only about 60% done and the deadline has passed.)

    theres gotta be alot more entries out there... then again, i think 2/3 of the poster winners never even shared their designs here... so i cant imagine some of the talent we'll never even see :shock:

    Even monkeywrench can paint better than I! :P

    I wish my mother would have done hers...but there has been so much chaos in her life and her business...that she couldn't squeeze in her schedule for the painting contest. :(

    Looking forward to seeing more up!

    Here was my entry for Indifference..I normally do charcoals and photorealistic so this is quite a bit out of comfort zone..

    Yeah there's not too many people showing their paintings, i sent 3 but i don't want to be as dissapointed as last time, so i'll wait for the results and maybe at the end i'll post mine :P

    Wow.some beautiful art work out there.Im embarressed to have sent mine in now that ive seen those! Nice to see that pearl jams music has such a beautiful effect on its fans. :mrgreen:

    I wonder if they are too tied up with the tour stuff to do anything with the contest right now..I had actually completely forgotten about it till today when someone told me mine made them think of King Crimson LoL...now I'm happy, what an awesome compliment!

    they always take ages to announce anything ... we'll prob read it in the next issue of deep

    (or, perhaps they are bringing the prize with them to australia in november to save on shipping ;) )
