    I was just on a taping last year, I do believe they tape 2 shows on Thursday...

    I hate contributing to the speculation, but ...

    I just got off the phone with my sister. She's kinda clueless about rock music and concerts but knows I love Pearl Jam. So she asked me if I was going to the last concert at the Spectrum and I was like I have tix for the last show on 10/30. And she was like there's another one that hasn't been announced yet on Halloween. And I was like are you absolutely positive? And she was like yeah, my company has a box and she wanted to know if I wanted her to get me a ticket because it will be the last show at the Spectrum. (She doesn't know about the whole fan club, etc.)

    She works at J&J Foods which some of you may know as the company that makes Super Pretzels, ICEE, and other snack foods for arenas and she told me she saw the food order for three shows earlier today at work and she then asked her best friend at work, the owner's other executive assistant, about whether or not the company was getting their allotment of tix because of it being the last show and she told my sister yes. (The company is hq'd in South Jersey.) And through her company I got tix last year for the NLCS and my sis went to the World Series. J&J gets tix to just about every event that they provide food for. So Philly 3 is looking good right now.

    i think he tapes live mon-thursday. and fridays show is taped on thursday.

    The Late Show tapes two shows on Monday at 4:30 and 7pm, one show each on Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:30pm and one show on Thursday at 4:30pm.

    i spoke with somebody at the spectrum in "premium services" today, which is probably the division that booked the J&J box/suite. he said that they have almost sold out of all of the boxes/suites for the 31st and when you get a suite, you get to choose food, beer, etc.. and they were taking orders for this stuff in prep for the show.
    however, they haven't charged any credit cards yet because the show hasn't been announced or confirmed.. HOWEVER, he said it was just a matter of time before the PJ people gave the ok.

    don't worry. the 31st is happening.

    by the way, there are still vip tickets left for the 28th/30th.. if you've got that kinda dough...

    Jackie Bam Bam...filling in for Matt Cord..played a double shot of PJ (Black/Fixer) then after the 2nd song said....(paraphrase) "as of now two shows at the Spectrum in Rocktober....i am hearing that there will be a third show on Saturday...but the glitch holding that up is that there is still tickets available for the 27th...once those tix are sold out im guessing we will hear an announcement of a third show shortly thereafter"

    I was originally thinking wow, it's August, there's only 2 months til the show. LiveNation/Comcast likes to get the tickets in the fans' hands way in advance, right? Then I remembered I don't even have my tickets for the 30th in my hand yet. So yeah, there's definitely time to announce the show, sell the tix, and make it happen.

    I just checked and there are still tickets available for the 28th. Maybe that's the problem; some contractual agreement about selling out both shows but they technically haven't yet.

    I called 10C today and they said they could "neither confirm nor deny" the show happening.

    Shady bastards...

    I am waiting to see about any show on the 31st before I spend $$ on e-bay for Friday. Being shut out of 10c and public sale really hurts!
