Yeah -you are absolutely right. Of course... 30 pages and no help from the TC leads to these conversations over and over too.

I'm still waiting to finalize my plans so I'm just itching to know so I can either book everything now or know which dates I need to do. Something tells me its going to come back to bite me once it is announced, but I don't want to jump the gun.

we were in the same boat last week, but had to go ahead and book our flight. we're coming in on 10/30 and flying out on 11/1. just getting too good a deal on the flight last week and didnt want to wait and see fares go up. if 10/31 doesnt happen, we'll just head to Atlantic City or something.

I'm only going to the Oct. 28th show so I have nothing at stake here, but I'm beginning to believe this (rumored) show is not going to happen and that's why 10C is not responding. :(
But I'll still hold out hope for all of you wanting this show to happen.

to me, i think the opposite. Their silence speaks volumes. If it were 100% NOT happening, they would have put this thing to rest already by telling us to enjoy the 10/28 and 10/30 shows and carry on...

agreed. this thing is definitely happening. this is where we have to act like yogis and just sit with it and wait..

SO many magazines in philly have speculated 3 or 4 shows... i would think atleast 1 more is happening... as usual they are waiting i guess for something before announcing it...

Boxes for the 31st have already been sold.....I'm sure they could refund it to those folks....but I think thats a good sign

you must be confusing this 10C with the one that provides information to its members

the silence doesn't mean anything
the rumors from philly people who have been right in the past suggest that a third or fourth show is definitely in the works or at least, has been discussed. But the silence from the 10C, doesn't mean a thing

So would you all be disappointed if there WAS a show on the 31st but PJ was just a part of it? Has there been much consideration given to the possibility that it'll be one of those "mega shows" with PJ playing a more pedestrian length set and a few other bands contributing the same?

It's a scary proposition, but it COULD be cool if there were some other interesting names on the bill. Of course, that would most likely mean no 10C tickets...

And unfortunately they will until there's an announcement.

On the plus side, the reasons to think the show(s) are happening to me outweigh the reasons to think they will not. The Spectrum people are basically confirming it, the TC won't deny it, and why else would PJ have two shows in a city with a day in-between?

Not a fan of the waiting game though... that is certainly a puzzling part of this whole thing.

ok, here's a new theory.. maybe we can add another 500 views..
PJ will add the 27th, making the Spectrum shows 27th, 28th and 30th, closing down that fucker into the wee hours on the 31st. (2 shows up front to rock hard, a day to rest and then all out assault on the 30th).
Then, they play a "surprise show" at a small venue on the 31st..... for 10c only.

It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$ the spectrum probably doesn't wan't to give in to 10C as to how many tickets to give up ,they can make way more $$$$$$ from the deals with ticket brokers ....so stand by us 10C , FUCK THE BROKERS FUCK'MMMMMMMMMMM ........
