    Well one thing to consider here is that because it was a certain block of people who were the victims of whatever happened last night that it might make it easier to find whomever the culprit(s) are.

    Its been my experience that the 10C no longer distributes the 10C tix at the box office. They may have someone there overeesing the process...not sure.
    I know that there is usually 2-3 windows depending on the venue and amount of 10C tix sold, so I'm sure they are already looking at the individual(s) that were responsible for distributing the tix to the people who had 164xxx etc. I hope that whomever the guilty person/people are get FIRED and if possible charged criminally because this is theft AND fraud!

    check touringfans.net virginia beach seat stats. looks like 100xxx - 200xxx did better than under 100x.

    100-200 got orchestra, under 100 got side sections behind orchestra

    i never care where i sit, this tour i actually got to sit 10 rows back from the stage on the side by the speakers in Tampa and it was the closest ive ever been and you want to know something?

    it was the same great experience as it would have been if i was farther back like usual, like i said im there for the music, not to be "seen"

    I just want what was promised me. Seat locations based on seniority. If it s going to be a random crapshoot, either have your own people handing out tickets or whatching over the event staff from the venue, or just say we have no idea where you are sitting. you might get what you deserve or you might not.

    This DOES sound like another Grand Rapids. I hope the situation is fixed tonight.

    you would think they would do a couple of test runs with certain venues to see if it works good. bottom line is the ticket locations should be emailed to you ahead of time that way if theres an issue it can be resolved. Who cares about scalpers. It's not like they are getting my seats or anyone else that wants to go. who cares if scalpers start joining the fan club they will all have crappy numbers anyway.

    No I think 3 things should happen
    1) 10C tix should be a different colour
    2) the envelopes should be SEALED before the people working at the venues get their hands on them.
    3) IF possible the 10C should have a master list of who got which tix so if there is a discrepancy they know immediately that something hinky is going on.

    I realize that number 3 may not be possible because of the time it would take to do that and the money it would cost (gotta pay the person etc)
    I also realize that it might cost 10C more money to have the tix a different colour so that might not be practical either...but its something to think about.

    i don't have a problem with the performance, just the ticket distribution and how i was screwed over. With absolutely no one explaining what happened and what they are going to do to compensate for the mistake. i cant even get a reply to my email.
