    That would be perfect if I could travel out and hit up a couple extra shows...

    I think the tweet is going to be toronto and chicago ... both, just plain ol' shows at big venues.

    now now ... the question was about the "TWEET", and for that I was correct, it was only for Chicago and Toronto.

    It was only later, separately, that the note about the West Coast came out.

    Now ....... the only conspiracy theory I like to fuel is the 10c only show at the Fillmore some time around OLF ... :mrgreen:

    Hey gang, I'm flying out from the east coast and I was wondering if anybody local could recommend a good hotel (price isn't that big a deal since I'll be splitting it with some buddies). Looking to stay as close as possible so we can just walk over.

    Does anyone know what day PJ will be playing?

    Hopefully it is Saturday because I can't miss work on Friday or Monday and I'm flying down from Seattle.

    While it is not 100% confirmed ... if you go to Pollstar, you can see that they have the Beastie Boys set for Sunday.

    Also on Pollstar, DMB has confirmed a show in SF on Saturday, which, is going to be OLF.

    This leaves Pearl Jam to play on Friday.

    Again, not 100%, but, I think it's as close as you can come to nailing down a date without really knowing.

    Im flying out of Newark (coming from Hoboken) we are staying @ Oceanview motel which is near the park, I called the oceanview directly and they were sold out, but I went to motels.com and booked a kind bed for $85 a night, not a bad deal...I booked my flight for $176 round trip..not bad @ all....the whole trip for me and my fianc total is cheaper than our Bonnaroo VIP tix...($1200 total for air,room,tix @ ouside lands, $1400 for 2VIP tix @ Bonnaroo) I think last year was $1350....we rent a van to go to Tennesee for $450 so Bonnaroo is like $2000 before we even walk in the door...insane...let me know if you hook up @ the oceanview

    Just another 3 1/2 months until the show and I can't wait to see who going on stage before PJ. When will the concert schedule be anounced? Selin (since you were at OLF last year), info?

    It's been 2 1/2 long years since I've seen PJ and I'm need my PJ. :evil:

    Last year we got the schedule, I think in June. My guess for the band prior to PJ is Incubus but I guess we will see when the line up is out.

    Ten club just responded to my email...Pearl Jam has been confirmed to play on Friday August 28th at the Outside Land Festival in San Francisco Golden Gate Park.
