I realize it said his "little jet lagged body" but everyone seems to think that means europe. Are we absolutely sure of that, is there some rumor that I am missing that puts this together as a definite.

  • It looks like Europe is a definite. I'm thinking it will be a Pearl Jam tour and not a Eddie solo tour.

Based on what both Mike and Jeff have said in recent radio interviews, there will also be a few shows in the U.S., probably along the West Coast and also in the South.

Have fun and enjoy! I will be waiting to see the guys in 2010.

I'd be really surprised if "Across the pond" meant anywhere but Europe. That'd be a cruel mis-use of a phrase

  • Weird thing...

This morning I was fantasising about an Ed show at Vicar Street (1,000 cap Dublin venue that is widely hailed as having some of the best acoustics in Europe). Not that I thought that that would ever happen.

Then I turned on my computer...

and now I'm not so sure :)

also... if it's PJ, there's still room on the Electric Picnic bill, right? ;)

EV in Vicar st or Olympia would rock but Im thinking it will be a few festival shows in Europe.
I reckon Ireland would be lucky to get a gig. But they do seem to like Ireland so...

it's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...

Across the pond and jet-lagged looks like Europe.

Do you think anything else is meant by the nap in the tree?

maybe pj or ed will be hitting up spain and/or portugal... "nap in a tree"... they take siestas over there :)

People you all seem to forget that accross the pond is IRELAND...its the muted Irish club tour..ask any paddys and they'll say the same. :D

Seriously tho, if its Ed or Pj I dont care...any PJ related gigs would make me happy ;)

Please God no. I swore to myself that I'd be at the next Ireland show, but I'm gonna have to sell both kidneys at this point to get there
