    No worries mate. Keep in mind that the total cost for me was for all 12 shows, so say you do Melbourne, and one or 2 other cities, your ticket cost will be half, and same with the plane tickets, so that could be already 1K less that what I spent.

    In saying that, make $2K your minimum amount, last thing you want to be doing is stressing out about cash. If you are working, and can take annual leave, then you will get paid while on the tour, which is also a massive help.

    You'll be fine, f%$k the property, this may be the last few chances to see them live (unless you head overseas) :):)

    Yeah I don't think I'll go to all shows.
    I will aim for all Melbourne shows and then Sydney & Adelaide providing they play there.

    also - Thoughts_Arrive - bear in mind shared accomodation brings the cost down ...

    and i they would give us just a teeny bit of planning notice - we'd get plenty of cheap flights - only need carry on bags

    I live in New Zealand and I am hanging out for a tour down under either here or over the ditch in Oz--anyone heard anything? It appears Eddie is a big fan of the west coast here in NZ (North Island)---has been seen staying at Neil Finns apparently (around the time of the Big Day Out in Auckland back in Jan 2009)--not sure if that was true
