coopers pale ale
Also Coopers Sparkling Ale, Coopers Vintage Ale and Coopers Dark Ale (although that gives me bad headaches).
Also partial to a drop of James Boag's Premium Lager and Cascade Pale Ale. Stella is pretty reliable too.0 -

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is my personal favorite go to beer. Everything they brew is good. Another great brewery is Dogfish Head. I really enjoy several selections from Anchor Brewing, especially the porter. Locally Red Oak is very popular and very good. They follow the Bavarian Beer Purity Law of 1516 and only use the finest ingredients. Also, unfortunately they don't bottle the beer so it's only available on tap since they keg it and deliver it within 5 days of it being properly aged. One last local brewer that is excellent is Duck Rabbit. A great site for beer reviews is http://www.beeradvocate.com . I'm pretty sure you have to login to view the reviews. I use it to keep track of what I've had. I don't review most beers that I have when I go out since it's hard to properly review them but the ones I drink at home I usually try to log so I know what to get again.azwyldcats wrote:Sierra Nevada

I had Landshark at a friend's house a couple weeks ago and it was nothing special. It's basically a mix between Bud Light and Corona without the skunkiness of Corona. It's Jimmy Buffet's signature beer from Anheuser-Busch on the Margaritaville label. I wouldn't recommend it. It could be good on a hot day. One plus is they go down easy so you could drink several without thinking about it. It's kinda overpriced for what it is.myhook wrote:Has anyone ever tried a beer called Land Shark? Paulaner is my absolute favorite! Hard to find though.
Also like Franzishaner, La Chouffe, Delirium, anything in that family.
But when I'm living in the real world with little money, I stick to Yuengling, which I do love. But when watching the calories, it's all Miller Lite. I do like the Land Shark though- a little pricey but extremely light, great on a hot day!Excess in moderation.0 -

Don't class myself as a thug, never had a brawl in the street or touched coke, but I do love a cold Stella or eight. I here where you're coming from though, I have heard Stella referred to as a pint of "Wife Beater" in the past.0 -
