    The woman beside me on the bus smelling like a deep fryer :eek: It isn't yet 8 am here and I already have something that did not make my day.. I am going to try and turn this day around and not have it be like yesterday :o

    I'm so pissed off right now after a 'customer service' experience at PHL airport. It's downright awful how some people treat others. The only thing slightly cheering me up is that after making a phone call, both people in question have been told to go home for the day.
