AET Secret Santa 2007 - PREZZIE RECEIVED thread

OK.. since it would seem I have been the first one to receive my prezzie from a my very organised and efficient Secret Santa, I have the honour of starting this thread.

First of all, let it be known that I have not completely opened it (yet!). I HAVE opened the box because no one can resist a package when it arrives, but I did NOT open the wrapped prezzies. There were a couple of things not wrapped though :D. I am now in Hawaii, drooling over a couple of hunks and trying to find Paul... :D More to come at a later date - I did tell myself I will wait until December to open the prezzies.. but I did not say when in December!

In the meantime, I will say THANK YOU my lovely secret santa. I will thank you more in a few days :D

    woo! I'm so excited. thankfully I was in a bit of a hurry when I got it and now am not at home so it has remained unopened! hehe.

    and like redrock, I'll wait until December to open it but not saying what day in Dec exactly! lol.

    got mine 2 days ago I think...was incredibly well wrapped and packaged - and some great gifts too! I still have to send out mine - I was actually waiting until it gets closer to Xmas, but I guess we can send it out whenever...

    I have my gift it's wrapped but I have not mailed it....i want to put something else with it but i have not come across anything that struck me like...... 'oh yeah that's it!!!!'


    so you guys don't know who sent it...then I should not tell this person my name huh.....but what about the return address????

    i sent mine. and was not secretive. my name is on the return address and also on the card. i didnt know it was a secret once it was sent.

    I was actually waiting until it gets closer to Xmas, but I guess we can send it out whenever...
    I was told if you want something to make it over the pond in time for Christmas the deadline is Dec. 3rd!! So if that's where you're prezzie is heading you better get a move on it ;) If it's in North America I think you have until the 10th?

    Well, unless you have "Starbucks" as the return address, you will be fine. :p

    I only just put my last name and return address...and I know my person doesn't know who those belong too! :p Although, maybe that person will be able to figure it out...we'll see! :D

    yea, i got a US addy...and btw hands, i think everyone got someone different (i.e. we are not giving and receiving from the same person...) - i could be wrong tho :D

    I didn't take part in last yrs. I'm glad I did this yr. It was alot of fun. :D

    It is fun. This is my second year. I also liked the idea of a mid year one. :)

    I just received my pressie! Just arrived a few minutes ago. :D

    I REAAAALLLY want to open it but it is only Dec 1. :eek: Has anyone else opened theirs? Well I'll be gone for the rest of the day so at least I won't be tempted. :D For now anyway. ;)

    I'm still waiting, but have not been to PO Box in days. Next year I'm going for someone overseas. I tried to save on shipping this year, now I feel selfish! So happy with what I sent, I hope my person liked it and I hope I get something pretty cool. But like it's been said somewhere before, how bad can any present be?????

    OK... I've done it :o. We were making X-mas cards yesterday and therefore were in the Christmas spirit. Looked at those prezzies and they were saying 'open us, open us'. So, with the festive mood and all.. I did it! And.....

    Thank you sooooooo much Denise :D

    I got the Hawaii bootleg, kitty magnets (my daughter already choosing which ones go in her room), a painted tile hotplate thingy with a funny cat on it (I love cats), a PJ bag - did you make it Denise? (That again was going to be nicked by my daughter but I put a quick halt to that!), what I think are black hankies with a skull and crossbone (but they are too nice to be hankies and once again, my daughter decided she 'needed' a couple), a lovely animal shelter calendar, stickers, and last but not least a Chris Cornell CD (though I will have to say Denise, I already had that :(. So all in all, not only did my secret santa choose very well for me, it would seem she knew my daughter too!!!!

    Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart Denise. These are all so lovely.

    I got mine last week, posted on the other thread but forgot about this one. I am not allowed to open it till Christmas Day though as the boyfriend has confiscated it :o
