            Friday: 40 minutes on the trainer- "Force" program.
 Saturday: Hiked 9 miles.
 Sunday: 46 minutes on the trainer - "Intervals" program, but an easy one. And hiked approx. 3 miles in the p.m.

 Bro had the Aust triathlon team in recently. They gave him 4 shithot pairs of Asic's. Im wearing right now. $300 worth.

 Hate is a very strong word.............I fuckin HATE burpees.
 Hurt today. Bad attitude. Told the guy I was training with to STFU, spat on the ground, got lightheaded. By about set 6 I was having a minute break after the burpees.
 Took me about 15 mins to recover. Bad day but good effort/timeI'll ride the wave where it takes me.0

 i'm re-thinking my little fitness regime.. i know i'm getting fit but i'm losing weight, i'd rather just tone up as i'm already slim.. hmmmmmmmmmm..

 Blood rushing around ze body from top to bottom. Those burpees are just all over body/mind fark
 Change your diet then. Dont you dare give up. Maybe you need to get some weights going. Get off the bike and start with some other stuff????I'll ride the wave where it takes me.0
