I would like to thank the zero of you who have admitted your crushes on me. It saddens me somewhat. Is it my frequent use of potty language? Is it because I can pour beer onto my forearm and its directly absorbed into my bloodstream? Is it because when I fill out my taxes, for second occupation I put Crankin' it? Is it because of bostonloser? Whatever the case may be, I wanted you to know that I noticed it and I was hurt by it a little. I'm going out to my garage to hook my jumper cables up to my nipples to shock away the pain you've all caused me.

hmmm....I'm sure if you read between the lines cory, you'll see! ;)

Can I join you in the garage please? :D I like to watch!! ;)
    NOPE!!!

I just read 37 pages of this thread, cos I have clearly missed the biggest love-in in some time.

Nice to see all the love peeps have for each other.

Would feel a bit weird developing a crush here, sine I may well be old enough to be father to many of you, which would make me creepy, which I would prefer not to be.

But it was a nice read, and in my little room at work with four walls and no windows, you are all welcome friends to me.

For catefrances, a "crush" might be defined as an attraction which can't be acted on for whatever reason. It's a flattering thing to receive.

Not that I can be bothered going all the way back to my original post of undying love and crushes about nearly everyone here, but I'm pretty sure I mentioned you lucy! :) You're a top bloke and I'm very happy to have made your aquaintance. And I'd say that "crush" as defined here is also about acknowleging the connections that you make with people, the friendships formed and the appreciation of each other. :) Least that's how I interpreted it. :)

Yes, you did mention me, I spotted that. I was almost disappointed not to be included in the girlie gang, but I got me own spot, so that's OK.

ooooh, cate, a crush is really a secret desperate love that you are too chicken to do anythign about, often for good reason, like you are already in a relationship, you are old enough to be the crushee's parent, teh crushee is old enough to be your parent, or they are ten thousand miles away.

irrational crushes based on some normally Uncrushable factor...like getting turned on by the sweat collecting in droplets on the underside of a fat mans boobs.

or seeing some pimples on the back of a tanned womans back and goin'..."yum, I wanna pop those."

Does anyone have any stories about developing a big crush on someone that you met on this board?
I would love to hear them.

    Nooooooooo.

(On a completely unrelated matter. Where is bostonlou)? :D I don't have a crush on him. I've just noticed that he hasn't been around for a while.

Cory and CornishMan seem nice, don't have a crush though. Come to think of it, haven't (seen) Cory around either. Maybe they've gone on holiday together.
