where oh where did I or anyone else say KSM is innocent...?

What I'm skeptical about is his level of involvement, which here means: I'm not sure how much this guy knew, did, or masterminded...

I'll give you a bone, he was somehow involved...ok, feel better? But, was he the mastermind the gov't portrays him to be...? that, my friend, is where I'm skeptical...

I say let's hang him...what do you think...

who used the word MASTERMIND in the thread title? that would be you, that is what i have seen ppl question, not if he was a terrorist or ever did a bad thing, but whether or not he was the MASTERMIND of 9/11, as you and the pentagon believe

you never answered my question(s), i see you like to ask them but rarely give anyone an answer...if some foreign military, who has a long history of violent and illegal acts, said a high ranking us official confessed, after years fo torture, that cheney was the mastermind behind 9/11, would you believe it? hell, neither would i! at least not b/c 'just b/c they said so'

it doesn't seem like your asking questions at all, in fact you seem to distort any questions about it at all

No, I don't think he's innocent. But I don't think he was the mastermind behind all of the attacks he's being held accountable for

    kabong:
i think he was a bad man

in fact i've already said i know he was a bad guy
what i was trying to discuss was this thread and the title of it "Khalid Sheikh Mohammed confesses to being mastermind of 9/11"

    jlew24asu:
shocking how many people think he's innocent and just another scapgoat arab who has done nothing wrong.

You really think this guy did everything that he has confessed to? You have to be really dumb to believe that.

You know full well that i meant have you ever read any books that might challenge your blinkered view. I'm guessing the answer is no or you wouldn't eat up all the rubbish in the news like it was the gospel truth.

Guess what not everything your goverment tells you is the god dam truth they LIE hate to break it to you but it's true.

He maybe what he admitted to be. But to hold someone in captivity without legal representation or rights just makes all credibility disappear from such a confession. That's the sad part, it may be true but from the lack of rights it doesn't hold any credibility.

there you go again w/ that 'innocent' distortion....lol

he said so after being imprisoned and tortured for years, sorry if some see that as taking away its credibility

and this makes him the mastermind of 9/11?

Until his capture in Pakistan in 2003, he was an important figure in Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda organization, where he came to head the group's propaganda operations sometime around 1999. He was indicted on terrorism charges in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in January 1996 and was subsequently placed on the October 10, 2001 initial list of the FBI's twenty-two Most Wanted Terrorists.

they didnt pick this guy out of thin air.
