thanks for the good laugh this morning. how do you have any idea if bush is sleeping. and where do you get your info that this is all AMERICA'S fault? your pure hatred for america gets in the way of trying to think.

i know he was sleeping because while this was unfolding the presidents/prime ministers of south korea, japan, and china all came out with public statements while W was nowhere to be found...again. i state that it is all the fault of the bush administration because it is. this is another effect of the iraq war. THAT IS WHAT NORTH KOREA IS SAYING. when they saw the united states go into iraq and topple the government they knew the same would happen to them if they did not acquire the bomb. they decided not to let what happened to saddam happen to them. it is exactly what they are saying. who should we blame? they, like the rest of the world realise that the united states under the bush administration is a rabid dog. an over aggressive war mongering, insane world bully. when a country like the united states puts you on its hit list, you either wait to be overthrown, or do something about it. they did something about it. YES Ill is insane, and the world is in i BAD situation with his country having the bomb, but he would not have it without the cowboy antics and intimidation of george w. bush, or the iraq war. im not making this shit up, NORTH KOREA IS AND HAS BEEN STATING THIS AS THE REASON. the reason they kicked out weapons inspectors, the reason they fired back up their plants, the reason they tested their missile systems, the reason for this nuke test,.... at every step they have openly stated it was because of fear of the bush policy. how can you attack me for stating FACT? that son of a bitch bush has you believing the war in iraq has made the world a SAFER place with his war, while all the war has done is turned a dictatorship into a TERRORIST STATE, given NORTH KOREA A NUKE, emboldened IRAN to acquire a nuke, and most likely started a nuclear arms race throughout northeast asia. why bdo you believe north korea is doing this???? wait...let me guess..... because they hate our freedom? oh, and there is NOTHING we can or are going to do about this.......iran WILL take note of that.

But interestingly, the tests were bigger? This North Korean test was at a sub-kiloton level. It's not confirmed, as of yet, whether this latest test was nuclear, or conventional (bar North Korean claims).

A former Army Intelligence guy I know was telling me that there are so many US Patriot missile batteries situated on the border in S. Korea that there is just no way N. Korea could ever get an aggressively aimed missile to leave its own airspace w/o it being knocked down.

I think the real worry is N. Korea selling the parts or the technology.

yeah, these are the same people who let a highjacked plane crash into the pentagon. i doubt that is true.

also, i agree with the second part.

Comparing France to N. Korea is like comparing Bush to Saddam.

Anyhow, the US is only partially to blame.

Besides further isolating N Korea and simply hoping this policy leads to the downfall of "Lil Kim", what was Bush's plan?? I dont know what S Korea, Japan, and China wanted to do but I am sure it was more complicated than just trying to starve them.

This harsh rhetoric and lack of action is not going to do shit. All over the news today, "China condemns N Korea"..."Russia condems"..."the UN unanimously agrees"...well fucking do something about it.

Russia wont bc they are the energy suppliers, China wont bc of trade... The UN wont bc they need one million different countries to actually agree when it's in their immediate financial interest not to act.

It'd be nice if you used paragraphs every once in a while. Every good opportunistic anti-Bush posts deserves to be at least read.
  • On a side note....

As of 1 p.m. South Korea detects suspicious activities in and around another nuke test site. Another possible test may be underway.

And for the record, Kim wants to be congratulated on their success. HAHAHAHAHAH

    you keep buying that

this administration is very bad at "whack a mole"

iraq had bb guns and water pistols = invasion

north korea is testing nukes = sanctions

i wonder what the difference is? let me think abou that for a few minutes ;)

i was talking to a good friend i work with who was a marine for 8 years and is applying for "private security" and he admits without hesitation that this is all about the oil and energy reserves...

The difference is not oil. The difference is a war we could win compared with a war we could not win.
