Definetly. Unfortunetly the majority of this country is still living with their heads up their ass believing that they hate us for our freedoms.
Shows you how sad the state of affairs is in politics when telling the truth cost you the chance to be president."When one gets in bed with government, one must expect the diseases it spreads." - Ron Paul0 -
Hehe...Ron's kicking ass in the online polls again...right as he'll pull out of the campaign....

I was disappointed to again see the so-called "second-tier" candidates get shafted on the number of questions. Who decided that they were "second-tier" anyway? Not one vote has been cast yet, they're ALL first-tier candidates as far as I'm concerned, as are all the Democrats.
This whole process is such bullshit."Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." ~ MLK, 19630 -

Is it still going? If it's pissing Hannity off, I'm gonna go vote."Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." ~ MLK, 19630 -

Nice! I had to turn off Fox because it was driving me nuts, but I wish I could have seen that. LOL."I'll use the magic word - let's just shut the fuck up, please." EV, 04/13/080 -

Well that's the way they get the herd to vote for the favorites. Rudy is such a tool. If he wins the nomination I would love to see Bloomberg run as an inde and suck away the votes from his Northeastern base."When one gets in bed with government, one must expect the diseases it spreads." - Ron Paul0 -

Not only do the "second-tier" candidates get shafted on number of questions, they also are continuously referred to as "second-tier" candidates by analysts so that we know they aren't to be taken seriously.
And it will carry over to the general elections, when 3rd party candidates are treated the same way. If you aren't anointed by the media, you're fucked."I'll use the magic word - let's just shut the fuck up, please." EV, 04/13/080 -

The moderators were ridiculous toward Rep. Paul. I expected them to ask "When did you stop beating your gay lover?" and "Why do you hate the streams and rolling hills of America so much?"."All governments are murderers and liars."

Well for the most part the "second Tier" candidates are usually the candidates that put principle before party. God know the Democrats and Republican leadership don't want that."When one gets in bed with government, one must expect the diseases it spreads." - Ron Paul0 -

Well maybe these polls are a small sign that America is ready."When one gets in bed with government, one must expect the diseases it spreads." - Ron Paul0 -

Hehe...this is funny, but I actually disagree. Ron was asked some tough questions, but so were the other candidates. The questions were well-tailored to the candidates' individual perspectives.
Certainly the second-tierers got shafted on the # of questions, but the questions themsevles weren't terribly unfair, IMO.0 -

If only that were the case....
Ron is winning polls because Ron is the only candidate in that field that a big group of people is excited about. The unfortunate fact is that, considering the entire population of this country, Ron appeals only to a very small number. Ron, in one of his less-controversial answers tonight, challenged America to reconsider their philosophy on government. The response, unfortunately, is going to be a resounding "no". The American people, for the most part, are and will continue to look to government for their property, for the right and force to oppress the minds of others, and for the force required to impose its will on the world, rather than for the freedoms and rights that make property, thought, and exchange possible.0
