    Again, it depends. If you hang around outside of a women's restroom in an airport and ask every woman who walks out if they'd like to have sex, I'm pretty sure an officer of the law is eventually going to take notice.

    I see your point but If there are numerous reports of gay men soliciting sex in a public restroom any police department would go undercover to try and catch people to deter it from happening. Sex in a public restroom is illegal straight or gay. Craig's behavior after the fact showed his guilt more then his actions.

    He tried to leave the area after the cop showed his badge, he didn't want to cooperate, and he pulled the don't you know who I am card. Those are all signs that point to his guilt imo. Again being gay is not a crime and neither is being a hypocrite, but it does make you a disgraced senator.

    I do see your point too. If there was sex taking place in the restroom then I can see why the cops are there. If there are just people soliciting sex, then they probably shouldn't be, in my opinion.

    I'm still not sure why he was forced to resign for asking for sex. I'm also surprised that gay people aren't angrier at these types of stings that target their specific behavior.
