Yay! So that's why my radio updated this am...
I love my Sirius Radio, just got it for Xmas, and I have the sirius replay that allows you to pause and rewind, and alerts me when my favorite artists play, so i never miss a pj song, no matter what channel! Can I say again how much I love my radio?i knelt and emptied the mouth of every PUG around...

Oh man, I am listening online at work right now. So far they have played Nirvana and now Alice in Chains Nutshell. This is making me so fucking happy! This was my one gripe about the programming on Sirius -- not enough 90's alternative. Now it is perfect.
I wonder if they'll play Pearl Jam live boots???San Diego 10/25/00, Mountain View 6/1/03, Santa Barbara 10/28/03, Northwest School 3/18/05, San Diego 7/7/06, Los Angeles 7/9/06, 7/10/06, Honolulu (U2) 12/9/06, Santa Barbara (EV) 4/10/08, Los Angeles (EV) 4/12/08, Hartford 6/27/08, Mansfield 6/28/08, VH1 Rock Honors The Who 7/12/08, Seattle 9/21/09, Universal City 9/30/09, 10/1/09, 10/6/09, 10/7/09, San Diego 10/9/09, Los Angeles (EV) 7/8/11, Santa Barbara (EV) 7/9/11, Chicago 7/19/13, San Diego 11/21/13, Los Angeles 11/23/13, 11/24/13, Oakland 11/26/13, Chicago 8/22/16, Missoula 8/13/18, Boston 9/2/18, Los Angeles 2/25/22 (EV), San Diego 5/3/22, Los Angeles 5/6/22, 5/7/22, Imola 6/25/22, Los Angeles 5/21/24, [London 6/29/24], [Boston 9/15/24]0 -

Me too, but I'll be listening to Channel 24 on Fridays.....I can't stand Master Tape Theatre!0 -
pissed on my plate...swallowed that fucker down.
Heard those words sung live.
RVM.
My radio actually has "Artist Alert" when they'll tell you ANY time a certain artist is playing. I have a feeling it'll go batshit crazy.
Now some meatpuppets. I didn't realize that was their song.Presidential Advice from President-Elect Mike McCready: "Are you getting something out of this all encompassing trip?"0 -

The Who channel also has changed to channel 29 which is apparently becoming a punk channel. I've also heard talk about a "rotating artist" channel.Who knows, time will tell.

Yeah. A while ago, Disorder was playing Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns, followed by a PJ song, followed by some other similar song. That doesn't even come close to this new channel.
*hopes to hear Mother Love Bone or Green River, or who knows what else on here.*

I sent a comment to Sirius customer care expressing my approval of the new channel. If you like it as much as I do so far, I think it would be good to do that so they get the message that we like it!San Diego 10/25/00, Mountain View 6/1/03, Santa Barbara 10/28/03, Northwest School 3/18/05, San Diego 7/7/06, Los Angeles 7/9/06, 7/10/06, Honolulu (U2) 12/9/06, Santa Barbara (EV) 4/10/08, Los Angeles (EV) 4/12/08, Hartford 6/27/08, Mansfield 6/28/08, VH1 Rock Honors The Who 7/12/08, Seattle 9/21/09, Universal City 9/30/09, 10/1/09, 10/6/09, 10/7/09, San Diego 10/9/09, Los Angeles (EV) 7/8/11, Santa Barbara (EV) 7/9/11, Chicago 7/19/13, San Diego 11/21/13, Los Angeles 11/23/13, 11/24/13, Oakland 11/26/13, Chicago 8/22/16, Missoula 8/13/18, Boston 9/2/18, Los Angeles 2/25/22 (EV), San Diego 5/3/22, Los Angeles 5/6/22, 5/7/22, Imola 6/25/22, Los Angeles 5/21/24, [London 6/29/24], [Boston 9/15/24]0

there isn't much to do, unless you golf. There's plenty of courses in the area. town is kind of dead even though ursinus college is right there. conshy or manayunk for the single crowd.
housing is cheaper out there and even cheaper the further west you go, but since i commute into bala cynwyd there's a fine line where i would loose my sanity with that commute. I will say since i got sirius i don't realize sitting in traffic for an hour and a half.
Where abouts in c'ville are you? work or school in the area?I'll scream my lungs out...'til I fill this thread!0 -

Yeah Master Tape Theater needs to stop. Although I gotta admit the Gary Beusey interview on Friday was hilarious.Lost In Ohio wrote:The Who channel also has changed to channel 29 which is apparently becoming a punk channel. It'd be about time for Sirius to have a punk channel. The only advantage XM has is that they have a punk channel and Sirius doesn't. Sure "Faction 28" plays punk occassionally but then I'll hear Bouncing Souls followed by Deftones... ugh change that station.9/17/95-New Orleans,LA 8/14/00-New Orleans,LA 4/8/03-New Orleans,LA 4/13/03-Tampa,FL 10/8/04-Kissimmee,FL 8/5/07-Chicago,IL 6/16/08-Columbia,SC 6/23/09-(EV Solo)Atlanta,GA 5/1/10-New Orleans,LA 9/21/12-Pensacola,FL 11/1/13-New Orleans,LA 4/11/16-Tampa,FL 4/23/16-New Orleans,LA
