He's just bugging you and means no harm. I think almost everyone around here wishes that they really got in to the band a tour or two before they did. My first show was in 1996 and I missed out on some great small venue shows in Toronto in the years before that.

I lived IN Kitchener in '05...about 5 min from the venue...I always liked PJ, just never caught a show until '06.

I absolutely regret not catching them earlier! It was a seriously life changing night. I've never loved a band so much as when I walked OUT of the ACC that night!

Just curious, because I feel like I've missed something here....
Beyond the general rumors that have been circulating (including my own, due to my highly credible source), why are people grouping Philly in with Toronto and Chicago for tomorrow's announcement? I feel like I'm missing something, but I honestly don't feel like reading 17 pages of this thread or scouring the Pit for other threads related to this.

I just read it actually. It was in the entertainment section, not sure if it was online. It was the big summer concert preview and they mentioned PJ has a date at the United Center in August that is pending. After tomorrow announcement, that will be for sure!!

I dont think I've ever been this excited for a Monday.

Most credible source is the thread that was started about someone who called the Spectrum and was told something was in the works but not definite yet. That being said, I don't expect a Philly accouncement tomorrow.

how is that thread more credible than the sources here and elsewhere who have contacts with said venues and promoters in Toronto and Chicago that confirmed the actual dates?

Not me. I saw them the first time I could in NZ in 1995. It wouldn't been pretty hard as a school kid to get to a show outside New Zealand, or even Auckland. Having said that, we've now been waiting 11+ years for them to come back! I doubt this tweets for me :(

Swine Flu Precaution tomorrow for Millions of 10 Clubers!!!!!

Does everyone think that it is just a partial tour annoucement?

I am wondering if I should call in sick to work on Monday?

I am curious too, not sure if the Canada and Chicago reference was to mean North America, or just two cities like rumored before. Either way, I hope tickets don't go right on sale like they did for Europe. But I could be wrong.

I'm worried about tickets going on sale right away too. I wish they would just announce a date that they will go on sale. But if they go on sale on Monday and I'm at work I'm afraid I might miss out on tickets. :?

Summer in the UC, kinda lame, should be outdoors, but I won't complain.

So can someone tell me so I do not have to read bunch post in several threads...

if there is an announce which seems to be the case, will the tickets go on sale immediately or will it be an announcement for when the tickets will drop?

and no I am not sure how the Euro tickets went because I was out of the country when that announcement came

that's the million dollar question. will we be hitting refresh all morning or will it be like normal?

europe was annouced with tix on sale immediately. since they're still available, either demand wasn't huge or the TC got an abundance of tickets so they weren't concerned about selling out in a day.

one thing i know is that tc never lets us down.

And thin Chicago-style is also fantastic - WAY better than the generic crap they dish out in NY.

    Ew.
