    A friend of mine just told me a radio station in Calgary said Pearl Jam and Steve Miller band are supposed to play the stampede this year. The only reason I dont think she is lying is cause shes not a PJ fan trying to start rumours about stuff. She saw I was waiting to see about getting tix this morn for TO and thougth she would give me a heads up. I think its XL 103 or something. Should I try to call and see what they say?

    haha. i snuck in and purchased just before everything went dark. couldnt believe I saw the tix at 12:42. I didnt even read the lengthy description. It could have said "this is not payment for tickets. all purchases are non refundable and will go towards building Ed a new deck"

    but I bought anyways.

    LOL. i did the same. only confirmed that it said Toronto and the 21st (my b-day). only 2 things I even remotely cared about. guess I should have checked the price... anybody see the woot.com joke on april fools?

    Look we had an idea it was Chicago and Toronto..... but honestly I was hoping that was just a tease of the first 2 dates, and then a bunch more based around/between the two festivals. Tweeting and instant ticket sale for 2 shows (one in a different country) is not very cool, and now we have to wait to see if there might be other shows or not?
