    I hate you! :P

    So back from chicago -

I think I tried every beer 3 Floyd's has out right now, except the gumball head... and I had a bottle of that put in front of me by a bar tender and stupidly said "I'll come back for that later".... little did I know that the demand for the beer was that high...

My favorites from the weekend were the 3 Floyds Alpha King and Dreadnaught... as well as Bell's Oberon.

Got a pile of beer (2 x 22 oz bombers and 2 x 750 ml wine bottles) in my suitcase to try, unfortunately the binny's near my hotel hadn't seen a 3 floyd's truck in weeks :( ... on the plus side of the things I did find another bottle of Stone's 10th anny ruination....

All in all a great trip!
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

Thats what I've heard so me and my gf are staying in Rehoboth for 5 days. I wish the actual brewery was a little closer but we'll manage.

Damn it.... I was just in chicago and couldn't find a 3 floyd's bottle anywhere other than in a pub... and prices were $25 for a bomber and $7 for a bottle of gumball head (the alpha king was a little cheaper)...

I so want to try that beer... I need to move out of this ass backwards state where I can't get so many good beers.... :x :x :x :x

Tomorrow night is Hop Head Night at my local World of Beer. They're supposed to have around 25 IPAs on draft including Dogfish Head 120. It could get ugly. I'll be avoiding the 120 because I have to work on Wednesday. Just watching how sloppy everyone gets should be entertaining.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

I understand. I've had 377 different beers there since they opened last August. I'm only 10th on the top 10 list. #1 is close to 700.

I've only had the Two Hearted Ale (which I love) and the Summit (which is okay) so I can't really comment on how most of them actually taste. Interesting that your favorite was the First Pull IPA since most reviewers consider it to be just an average IPA. What made it stand out for you? What IPAs do you typically like?
