So my question: Is it really that hard to find a location? Is that "curfew thing" really that general or are there many exceptions?

answer: yes... London is shit. No-one who lives there actually knows any pubs that stay open. On a Tuesday night we will struggle to find a pub, let alone a pub thats open after 11pm.

i used to love it... now i just think its a vast spending pit with absolutely zero character... some nice buildings and shit but i can get that anywhere... Dublin for instance... much better place... and i fucking hate Ireland :twisted:

I actually really like London, some of the bars certainly beat the shit out of smelly Flippers (that I'll still go to :roll: ) Btw, the most expensive pint in London is nowhere near as much as a cheap pint of piss in Dublin! €5 or £4 at least!

I also really enjoyed the tube ride that Keith brought us on the last time

Quite right and not only that, if you are in the right company, why the fuck would the pub be of any importance? it sells beer, there is good chat, cool people? what more can you want?

I have drank in The Crobar 100 and 1 times, if you are planning on drinking there after the gig be prepared - IT'S ABSOLUTELY TINY AND YOU MAY GET TURNED AWAY AS THEY WON'T LET YOU DRINK ON THE STREET
