    Thanks for the info Dunk.
As I told you, it led me all the way through the booking process...then told me there were no seats left

Cheers anyway. I have seats on that bus booked for £8 a piece, tho it takes a little longer and I would obviously prefer the Jimmy Saville approved route to London town.
    I came, I saw, I concurred.....

 it appears for you guys booking train tickets is nearly as bad as trying to book gig tickets.

Dunk I thought you were driving down with Dave? :?
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

Dave heard about his tendency for becoming nervous, and thus giving off eggy gas whilst travelling by car.

We can't, the cheap fares haven't been applied to our Cov to Manchester journey yet :(
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

I got em man, it's a weird game they play with those fares....seems you gotta just keep on checking back and trying again and again til the cheapies appear :D

Now then.....who wants two seats on the 10.30am megabus from Manchester to London ?
Shall we say a crisp tenner for the two ?? 8-)

Don't try and book it all at once. You have to book the cheap tickets as and when they come up (returns are always more expensive too :? ) ... I know when I book trips back to Scotland I'm usually booking the return trip a week later than the outbound trip to get the cheapest fares :)

What day you travelling to Manchester just had a quick look at some fares and it seems to work out quite a bit cheaper to travel to Preston first then Manchester.

Depends if you want the bother of having to change trains and such.
