While this is true, its also proven that every person that has received a tracking # has NOT received a signed set. Combine that with the emails from the TC with the wink saying some orders got delayed, and it does not take much to admit that if you have a set on the way, its not signed.

I wish they would just announce it - I wish they had right off the bat. I am not thrilled I waited a week thinking I had a chance when I didn't. And, yes, I did get the set and it was not signed. Still cool, but I would have really appreciated if they said 'those customers who will be receiving the limited signed sets will receive their order shortly after the release date.' Seems like a fair thing to do.

I agree with the theory. Santos winked in his email to that person. He has no sense of humor, so we all know it was a "hey you'll be happier if you wait" wink.

in what world is it true that every person that received a tracking number has NOT received a signed set? that's in no way true! it's quite likely that a SMALL percentage of the orders came from people who take the time to read or post on this board. just because the 40 or 50 people looking at this thread didn't get one, doesn't really mean much when nobody here has a clue how many were sold, how many were signed, etc.

Until you can show otherwise... this is just the way it is. Not one person has gotten a signed one and we've had a lot of new posters come on here to ask if anyone has. I have no doubt that by now someone would have received a signed copy if they were randomly placed in the initial batch that was shipped out.

And, again, combine that with the TC/SLH emails and its obvious to everyone but a few who for some reason refuse to believe it.

hey man, i hope that you're right that the folks waiting for a box are getting signed ones... i still haven't received mine yet. i'm just not willing to pretend that i've had contact with every single person who's ordered and received one so far and that i've checked out every single one for an autograph. people just aren't considering the small percentage of possible orders that this message board represents before they make assumptions.

for example, lets say that only 1000 pre-orders were bought. right now, there are 23 folks signed into the board and 44 guests according to the front page. so now let's say all 67 of the people currently on the board bought one of those 1000 pre-orders... that would mean everyone on the board right now would only represent 6.7% of the pre-orders. that's not really a reasonable number to start making assumptions. and that's assuming that only 1000 pre-orders were sold! do you think only 1000 were sold? i'd think that the number sold was much higher than that.

Im not sure if this has been "entered into evidence" :roll: yet but, I'm one of the east coasters with a delivery date of monday.

The UPS tracking information clearly states that the package left Redmond,WA at 6:05 on the 16th. So this talk about SOME packages shipping late confuses me!

i'm also an east-coaster and my tracking info says that mine didn't leave until the same time on the 17th... i don't know if that means anything though.

i'm just gonna hope for the best. the box set is going to be awesome. signatures would be a fantastic bonus, but either way i'm going to enjoy the hell out of this thing!

I believe that ALLLLLL of the East Coast box sets are STILL on the GROUND truck traveling on the highways from West to East... they don't re-scan it until that truck arrives to the East Coast hub. SO... the last time our box sets saw the outside of a truck was Washington. That's it. Easy peeesy. I imagine you'll see a new scan within 24 hours.

The speculation I believe was that SOMEONE got an email confirmation from TC, but the tracking they got from UPS said it did not even scan IN yet. When they contacted TC they were told that "Certain box sets were delayed" and "Good things come to those that wait ". I am betting that means they needed to hold the signed ones... which is why they didn't get scanned by UPS at all. But if yours was scanned at all by UPS, that means it's in the system, and en route to you.

Where are you getting tracking #'s from? I am on the east coast and only got a confirmation email. I got the email on the 16th so according to this email it should come today at the latest.
