IF pearl jam got a female backup singer

IF pearl jam got a female backup singer how would you feel? I know it took awhile for a lot of us to warm up to BOOM. I know a few of us still don't like Boom, but what if PJ decided to pick up on a female background singer. Now I know this will never happen but what if it did? Maybe a few NEW tracks, some old tracks not every song....
what do you think?

    No, I don't even know where she would fit in. I absolutely hated Fonzi, Shariff,and Bernise at MSG this year.

    I like your idea, Scott. Or maybe just guest vocalists on a few songs. Neko Case would sound phenomenal with Ed. But they both have such powerful voices, it could be too much?...

    I think they sounded horrible the first night but much tighter the second night

    No. Female singers suck singing rock music, for the most part, imo. They have plenty of other things goin on in their music. They shouldn't try to ruin it.

    X2, just look at how SK sounded when they backed up Ed on Hunger Strike, I've heard dying cats that had better voices for that...

    I bet you can't name very many that I think are good at all. There is no band with a female singer that I like a large amount of material from. It's just not something I find appealing.
