In the end I wouldn't mind if we took a cheap flier on Michael Vick and used him as our Wildcat QB to run/pass (which would be silly to think of b/c he did operate as a pretty stellar starting QB in the NFL) to receivers who would have plenty of time to get open. Vick is different than the other people Jones has already brought in too. He's served his time, right until the end at ATL he was a pretty solid leader and teammate, and if we can get a guy that is as talented as that for cheap in exchange for TO I wouldn't really be as sad. It would definitely add some explosiveness to the offense that only Felix Jones has right now.

well as an eagles fan, i would love for you guys to take a "flier" on michael vick as well!

lol---is this guy for real?!?!:lol::lol:

I said a cheap flier...like a 1 year deal that we could easily get out of. Kind of like what the Bills did with TO. Besides isn't Vick different from the other 'crazy' players the Cowboys have picked up? He's done his time, let him go back and earn money...he was a good player and teammate when he was in the league. Maybe the Eagle's should take him, he'd probably be your number 1 receiver.

Anyway why do you get so fired up by me supporting the non-rule followers? Have you ever asked yourself who it benefits when you support the 'good guys' who don't ask for more money? Doesn't it help keep the status quo going where the rich m-f owners like J. Lurie get to keep making loads of loot while we get mad at the player asking to get his worth? Is it any wonder that the media always implicitly supports ownership by keeping our focus on 'money-grubbing' athletes while the owners keep shafting our cities for tons more? That's part of the reason why I like supporting the players I do, but go ahead and blindly support your cheapskate owner and keep waiting for that championship.

Clearly that's a generalization, but I absolutely hate hard-nosed, scrappy, unbearably boring players...Donovan McPuke, David Wright, Cal Ripken Jr., Dustin Pedroia, Duke basketball, and anyone that 'plays sport the "right" way'. Who decides what the "right" way is anyway?

Jets have made some nice acquires this off season ... but who the hell is going to be their QB?

WARNING ... Before Oxxys responds with "Kellen Clemens" everyone needs to clear their mouths of anything so they don't choke with laughter ...

ok ... so, the answer is????

A BRICK hands receiver in a cold temp city like Buffalo a recipe for disaster. The PATRIOTS will dominate the east for SURE.
