HOW BOUT THEM BADGERS!!! Guess they didn't belong huh? More proof the ACC besides UNC and Duke is very overrated. Got Wisconsin and Marquette playing for sweet 16 berths Sunday. Love it! Also love Ohio State losing in their own back yard!!!

    ill take it....

    especially after the Friday Debacle....

In my cash pool, (not the one in the Pit challenge), I went 23-9 in the first round, but 8-0 today. I was checking the simulations and if my Final Four happens with Pitt winning it all, I win my pool. So I know who I'll be pulling for tomorrow. ;) I think I have a good shot at going 8-0 tomorrow and going 16-0 in the 2nd round if Arizona wins. I have all chalk in the other 7 games so if the seeds hold and AZ wins it will be my first time ever getting all the Sweet 16 teams right.

My brackets were made to either EXPLODE in the next round......or put me in a position to win the office pool.....

I have both N. Carolina and Duke getting bounced out....

and of course a big ten team stuck up my cazoo yesterday(Purdue)

if i bet on a big ten team to win....they will certainly lose

if i bet on a big ten team to lose.....of course they will win.....

Purdue winning and Wake Forrest losing have been the only sweet 16 mistakes I've made thus far. Not bad

Hell yeah Patrick. That Badger game was awesome Friday night. I was out from 11am for the MU game till the end of the Badger game, so needless to say I was in good spirits. When Hughes hit that shot I tackled my buddy to the floor. Wouldn't trade it for nothing. I love March Madness!!!

Absolute heartbreak. Also complete BUSH league by Mizzou taking that guy out cause he was hurt for those freethrows with 5 sec. left, then after the freethrows immediatly trying to put him in, just bush league.

This year I read a lot of stuff about the teams, I tried to do a better job researching than I had in the past, blah blah.

Dude, there was nothing bu$hleague about that. The shooter's right hand had already been injured previously. He had worn a splint up until the previous game. He landed on it hard. He was the best free throw shooter on the team. They replaced him with a freshman (again, a worse free throw shooter), who made the free throws. The injured player (J.T. Tiller) begs coach to let him back on the court, coach relents, but he never actually gets back in to the game. Marquette was getting favorable calls the whole game, by the way. Mizzou earned that win. If all of the whining Marquette fans looked a little deeper they'd realize they were simply outplayed and lost.

I have no problem with them substituting a player to shoot the free throws, that's the rule. BUT, if he was truly hurt, then how magically after the free throws are shot is he ok to go back in, even if it is on defense. If your hurt, your hurt, and your not going to magically get better in 5 seconds. Him even attempting to go in the game was just a bush league move. That's what I have a problem with. With Mizzou shooting the lights out it was gonna be hard for anybody to beat them, but don't try and pull a bush league move, if your hurt with 5 seconds to go, you should be done for the game.
