how uconn got a #1 seed i'll never know. 'overall body of work' was the prevalent theme of the committee. louisville will be tough, but as we saw in the conference championships, anyone can be beaten.
I'd like to see a final four of two 16 seeds, a 15 seed and a 14 seed...

i'm wondering how the hell OU got a 2 seed. they've been losing a good share of games lately & they didn't win the regular season title or the conference title. that seed should have gone to KU or Mizzou.
i could see a few upsets happening in the first round...Miss St is looking strong over UW and i really don't think UCLA will make it past the 1st round.
Louisville is going to be tough to beat...they deserved the overall #1 seed.
As of right now I've got some upsets going.
I like Utah over Marquette (man I picked against all the home teams this year... bad Sconnie, bad..) and I bought into the VCU over UCLA hype. I've also got Illinois getting upset, but I don't know if that will stick. I picked a lot of 9's over 8's also..and I BELIEVE in the 12/5 upset.

the only 12-5 that i'm really looking at is WKU over Illinois. i could see miss st. taking out Washington as well. they are playing great ball right now.

Villanova is going to tear them up to get to the sweet 16..........
i'll agree with that. i think my wildcats are going to the final four! unless pitt plays dirty and tries to poke someone's eye out again.
i can't decide who i think will win it all (other than nova, obviously. ). nice to see the big east with 3 #1 seeds. guess that finally ends the debate over whether the acc or big east is the better conference.
i'm going to all of the games in philly on thursday and saturday. can't wait!

Syracuse is the team to beat and little Johnny Flynn is unstoppable!
Man I almost forgot what it was like to have Michigan win a tourney game! I like it! Back after all these years and come in and beat Clemson. Not many people had that game. Remember the name Manny Harris!

I actually picked that one (as well as #10 MD beating #7 Cal & #12 WKU beating Illinois). People all over WV were rooting for Michigan to lose, though.

Sounds like someone has a different type of March Madness. I'm kinda digging the WBC this time around to be honest.

first round....im gonna bet $3,567,823 that #12 Western Kentucky beats #5 Illinois
and i have already penciled in Gonzaga in my sweet 16
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
Yeah, Fukudome is struggling still. I'm so happy the White Sox didn't get him even though they offered him more $.
I'm lovin Illinois to go down in the first round as well. They seem to fall apart without Frazier.
God I can't wait for Thursday.
hehehehehehehehe.................
that point spread has to be 60...........

Why does the Monongahela River flow north?
Because Pitt sucks.
'Cuse will UNC to win the South region.
Binghamton will upset Duke in the opening round.
Louisville, Pitt, UCONN and Syracuse will be your Final Four.
I think Pitt will the National title but I'll be rooting for the Orange.
These are all my predictions anyway.
