    all i can say is be careful about openly talking about sharing a previously-unreleased track on the forums

    Yea I understand...I'm just trying to help some people out, so i posted a megaupload link. Its a radio rip, not a cd rip...and the quality isn't near as good as cd....again just trying to help out. Should I get banned, it's cool, it's a risk I was willing to take to help some fellow fans out that may not have access to the radio today as it's being aired every hour on Krock. And if I did break rules, mods, I apologize, just trying to share the love.

    Ahh...let's just concentrate that the song we essentially gave the band hell for by releasing it as an instrumental only on Lost Dogs has finally been re-released, with lyrics, for US FANS! Let's focus on the band truly knowing what the fans want, whether they had to swallow their pride for us, re-record, re-mix, but to release it nonetheless...

    Celebrate the joy of Brother being released....FINALLY! After all the years of trading bootlegs for all those different versions....it's now available.

    that was a BIG meh!!!! :roll: (not the rip, thanks for that BTW) Definitely a different/earlier version than Rough Mixes/Rarities. The music sounds pretty close to the same as before, but Ed's vocal take is all over the place. If the lyrics were more coherent, I'd actually think it was maybe a new vocal track, but I think this is maybe a take 1/scratch vocal version.

    yeah....I also thought it was odd...kind of distorted/wavy....still love the song, but the "old version"

    I do not recommend sharing the released stuff on the boards, I got banned once for sharing "Unemployable" when that finally hit Itunes. I am pretty sure boots and demos are different but I think stuff you can get on a physical album are a no go.
