Pennsylvania. Yesterday I got a court order in place so its no longer just a written agreement.

I went to pick up my son yesterday and no one was there. I called, left a voice message, left 2 texts, called her mom and left a message... and no response from anyone. So now it is court ordered and she vanishes with my son...

I've called the police and of course my attorneys office but he won't be in until Monday. In the meantime I don't know what to do... The police are pretty much powerless in this sort of situation (they even said so) but I guarantee if it was me (the MALE) who withheld access I would be on the news right now for kidnapping.

Once again... fathers have zero fucking rights.

Yet another sinus infection.....myself and little man, 2nd time in 3 weeks. Now Dr wants to send Mr K for allergy testing as soon as he is better, and I have to get onto the specialist to hurry up and get my surgery done. Over it. :roll:

Fathers' rights are basically non-existent... I have none.

i never understand women who withhold children from their fathers. it sux that your ex wont allow your son to spend time with you. i cant fathom her thinking. clearly its some sort of power play. and who knows what kind of rot shes filling his little head with.

when my 2 oldest were younger i had a difficult time getting their father to have them visit. there was never a court order, never would have been and still isnt. now with the two younger ones(one of whom hes never lived with) ive pretty much got weekends to myself. im very convincing these days.

Having to go back to work tomorrow after a perfect 4-day weekend. :( Although knowing that tomorrow is our retreat day and we'll be doing Yoga and getting massages and having lunch ordered for us helps just a bit.

JB is sick, 101 fever, all stomach troubles, chills, aches, headache. Came on throughout the day yesterday, we didn't go see the fireworks or BBQ. He's not much better today, very weak and achey. But the worse part is he's not just ill but sad and feels guilty for the family plans canceled. :( Poor sweet man.
