It would be a very Giants move. I think the only team that values stability more than the Giants is the Steelers. I don't think McAdoo would be a bad move, I just think they need a bigger shake up. The offense looks good and I am sure they are nervous about changing Eli's offense and coaches at this point in his career. That said, as I have said, I would prefer them to go outside the organization.

I think Eli won't have a problem learning a new offense. They said it would take him at least a year to get this one. And he pretty much had it by the middle of last. I'm more concerned on what type of offense.

Eli tied for 2nd in TD passes this season. A 3rd year in this system maybe he'll get to 40. Unless they change it again

I will note that ODB was noted as the biggest shit talkers in the NFL last year and has been called out by numerous teams for throwing punches and taking other dirty shots when refs aren't looking.
