Then he flew away and we went back to drinking our coffee and chatting about Pearl Jam.
Tennessee is the "Mockingbird" State, Bonnaroo is in "Coffee" County, Coffee County is close to "Chat"tanooga... Definitly Going!! I am in Nashville... Can't WAIT!!! The other rumour is Led Zep too... Awesome!!!

So, Chicago date if Obama gets an advantage over Billary, a New York date if the other way around? Works just as well the other way- LA if McCain cements it, Boston if Romney makes a comeback?

If they were to play Bonnaroo, at what time do the headliners usually take the stage?

The headliner time slots start at 8:30 or 9:00 and can be scheduled to be up to four hours, although it's usually three. When a headliner is playing there are no major acts on the other stages.

There is no curfew at Bonnaroo (except perhaps Sunday night), so if a band wants to play a longer set, no one would stop them.

Looking through the schedules reminded me that there was an ad for the Gorge box set in last year's Bonnaroo guide.

Led Zep will not be at Roo. I believe the soonest we'll see another show or tour from them is next fall. However Roger Plant & Allison Krauss may be there.

I'm hoping for Neil to be there again another night. If not it would be great to see him drop in during Pearl Jam's set.

Could be just that. It wouldn't be the first time they stretched the announcements for shows over time instead of announcing them all at once. Besides, PJ at Roo is big news. This will be better than Lollapalooza last year.

Well, Bonnaroo Radio's hints have basically confirmed that Pearl Jam is indeed headlining Roo in 2008. Among the other hints:

"Three certain birds add one" The Wailers?

Don't worry, you won't have to get the tickets that soon. The earliest they'd go on sale is next Saturday, the 9th.

Isn't Saturday night the 12-3am show? Man I'd kill for that set.
