    Fair enough .....but don't be surprised if this scumbag goes to a human rights tribunal and claims the timesheets were confusing to fill out he did not understand them and it was a clerical error. Do you have sign off procedures in training programs where the employee acknowledges the training they received? This will obviously help if you do.

    no shit i got burned by this once and i was amazed how easy it is to win these types of cases. Had to tighten everything up.
