Thats not what im saying. Im saying that if we make it known were trading Lee to resign Hamels then whoever was in the Hamels sweepstakes could get Lee as a consultation prize. If we trade lee will have plently of money for Cole. Have a deal in place based on clearing Lee's money.

wow i guess the 'neers really have jumped ship. Chase coming back and no one has commented yet? Loved his comments about everyone counting him and the team out. we need some of that attitude. now if only we had any semblance of a bullpen :)

Because everyone knows Utleys done. At best imo ur looking at a 270 hitter with shaky range in the field.

I feel like a little school girl with Chase coming back. I'm crossing my fingers and everything else I have to cross. "Boo, Fuck you!!!!!!"
    Alright, alright, alright!

i agree that anything better than what you said above statistically might be asking too much but it's great to have back the intangibles he brings. this team needs some adrenaline shots and chase is the 1st big one.
really the 1st thing to look forward to with this team in a while (i bet a ton of people tune in for his 1st at bat tomorow night). still only 4 out of the wild card i think (have to check updated standings...even if behind 6 or 7 teams).

Vote for Ruiz. Dude deserves it...though I think he'll make it as a reserve either way:

Isn't it actually the 3rd in a row? I feel like this is at least the 3rd time.

 That may be the most repulsive, American sterotype combination I have ever heard of. Great pizza though.

As always, comments on philly.com are out of control. This is funny though.

Finally, an actual fully cooked Lorenzo's slice.

    Pretty sure it's the 2nd.

He might be thinking of the return from other various injuries in prior years - the Lannon broken wrist, etc.
