    2021 film. 130 minutes possessed stuff made in a live documentary style. Thai is the exotic plus, but the overlenght was a minus here.

    I saw the Bugonia trailer in a cinema before the film - and it was immediately clear that can only be the remake of a personal top 20 all time favorite. Even the bees are in both!

    The new version is rather a no-fun remake without “based on …” information to the “written by…” credits but executive produced by some Koreans.

    ! below: The first is the good teaser poster to the original film (2003). The second is an international marketing flop - a massive spoiler by advertising. Don’t open it if you are interested in watching Bugonia or the origin film - and haven’t seen one.
    The Korean film is clearly my first choice.

    kind of family entertainment

    twisted - with the Predator unmasked, acting and moving like a human being and his full body clear visible most of the time. But it’s well worth watching. Saw it 2D, looks like the Real 3D Version can be good for something sometimes.

    Very good. Better than Coppolas. But didn’t know while watching that the bad-looking desaturation was a 1990s invention. Would like to rewatch it with the original theatrical colours.
