I watched a strange movie that my parents recommended called, "The Perfect Host". It's on Netflix streaming. David Hyde Pierce (From Fraiser) stars. Strange flick.

Technically the last movie I saw was Man On A Ledge with Sam Worthington and I really enjoyed it. It was actually the 9th movie I watched on the flight from Paris to Sydney so I could have picked any of them!

The full list for the flight was:

    Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy
    We Bought A Zoo
    Father Of Invention
    Jeff, Who Lives At Home
All 3 Family Guy Star Wars films
    Haywire
    Man On A Ledge

I didn't get that much sleep...

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”

That one was weird. I really liked it until the end. The end blew donkey nuts.

I just watched another wired one on netflix called "He was a Quiet Man" with Christian Slater and William H Macy. It was dark and weird, but pretty cool.

Just back from seeing You've been Trumped.

Documentary about Donald Trump throwing $$$$$$ at Aberdeenshire council in the North East of Scotland, although he thinks it's on the West Coast of Scotland  to rape the natural sand dunes and bully people off their land in order for him to build a golf course.
He initially came unstuck when Aberdeenshire council threw out his proposal until the money hungry Scottish Parliament overruled Aberdeenshire council and sold him the land for billions of $
You've been Trumped is the documentary that has been made of the debacle.Jonsi from Sigur Ros did the fantastic music score
There was a debate about the moral and ethical issues it raises, after the screening with the director and the Humanist Society of Scotland.

Excellent film taking into account the many ecological, economic, moral and land right issues and the tenacious farmers and fishermen who took on the sickeningly arrogant, disingenuous, insincere liar that is Donald Trump.

I was proud of the peoples fight and enraged at the whore that is the Scottish Government

This summer has been a big time movie summer. I can't even begin to count how many flicks i saw this summer.

Anyway. The most recent movie i saw was Play It Again, Sam. It's a 1972 Woody Allen movie

I think it was - Fast Five..... again!
The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick to use if you want to meet someone at a specific place in the universe and have tea or coffee- but that's all it is- a trick. There is no such thing as the past. It exists only in the memory. There is no such thing as the future. It exists only in our imagination. If our watches were truly accurate, the only thing they would ever say is "Now". That's what time it is. It's "Now". - Damien Echols

Really enjoyed Bridesmaids last night  very funny...
was an extremely pleasant surprise to see all the landmarks of our hometown.
Then we watched What is Your Number ...
I guess it was a wedding movie night, it was very cute about finding one love.

Caught the last half of Cowboys and Aliens this am.
I guess that is the true story on how the white man and Indians got friendly ;)
it was good, doggies got a little upset though, too scary for them.

Funny we go 6 months without watching a movie then get on a roll...
    must be the stars...
