The Gift.  Hadn't seen for many years, really good.
The Sam Raimi film? I love that one.

The more recent film with that title was incredibly dumb.
Yeah, Sam Raimi is incredible.  I think I could watch this one over and over without ever getting tired of it.

    Avengers: End Game

Saw a 6:30 showing this morning and it was pretty much full. And despite seeing a major spoiler on NFL meme's facebook (few days ago) :anguished: page I still enjoyed it a lot.

Captain Marvel.  Kinda strange way to lay out the story but I liked the movie.  Pretty sure Brie Larson can do no wrong at this point

Oldie but goodie:  The Black Stallion

Hadn't seen in it years and my wife, who is a big horse fan, former horse owner somehow had missed it.  She, of course, thought it was great.

    The Oath (2018)

Well there is a Pearl Jam reference, first of all, lol.
And it's made by Carrie Brownstein, who has a prominent role in the film.

Otherwise, good movie about the difficulty of very troubling American political horrors that are happening (apt commentary on reality but with a fictional basic premise), and a family dealing with opposing views about it though Thanksgiving, and shit gets crazy. It's a dark comedy.

Ugh, what a disappointment this was. Tons of hype and it was so predictable.

    Serial Mom (1994)

I had never seen it before. It was pretty good and funny. Pleasantly surprised to see L7 make a cameo in the movie. Also one of Matthew Lillards first roles

    Interstellar.

Watched it twice this weekend.  Saw it last year for the first time.  Incredible movie.  Makes you wonder how far humanity will evolve.  The movie did not really include the merging of human and machine as much as current scientists/companies seem to be working toward.

Absolutely terrible. A huge drop off from the first film.
