Darkest Hour - Gary Oldman was phenomenal in this. Worth watching just for his performance, but still a good movie anywayI'll ride the wave where it takes me

Agreed. Oldman is the shit.0

curfew, cul-de-sac, lie detector, 10 meter tower, and hand fart.
All less than 20 minutes long. (lie detector- 3 min)
Have amazon prime free for thirty days and got stuck in a short film rabbit hole.
Haven't watched much short film in my life.
I consider all these excellent except hand fart, which is ok
The worst of times..they don't phase me,
even if I look and act really crazy.0 -

Can't Hardly Wait
Hadn't seen this one in ages. Still a pretty decent high school movie. Lot of music in the film.

I went on a little documentary binge last night. First was last year's Oscar-winning "Icarus", about the Russian Olympic Doping Scandal and doping in sports in general. While the quality of the doc itself wasn't impressive, the subject matter and the way the director is involved in the whole chain of events is downright mindblowing, and makes the doc an amazing viewing experience
I also watched the shorter "Long Shot" on Netflix, and speaking of unbelievable chains of events! Wow! A great quick watch that shows you that you have no idea how your life implicates so many people, and you may not have any idea. I don't want to try to summarize the subject matter on here. I can't do it justice without going into detail, so you can either look it up or watch the thing. It was an amazing story."Red Rover, Red Rover, Mike McCready – Take Over!!" - E.V.

Avengers/Infinity War - I liked a lot of things about it and enjoyed it overall. (I am past the 'watching credits for 12 minutes to see a 60 second tease, although this one was pretty good.)

Carlito's Way takes Scarface to town, in my opinion, lol. One of the best of the gangster genre, I'd say."The world is full of idiots and I am but one of them."
