Dude! I read this book called the Ice Man and in it he tells what happened to Hoffa, and apparently he's credible.

So the Ice Man, for those who don't know, was a contract killer for the mafia. Some of you might remember his interviews on HBO from a few years back.
Anywhore, what he says happened to Hoffa is...he was contracted to kill him, and he did so by stabbing him multiple times and leaving him in the trunk of a car in a car lot owned by an associate. Without the associate's knowledge, many cars were sold to a scrap metal company of some sort to be melted down or something and shipped to a factory in Japan.
So, if he's to be believed, which he is by many important people, the car that Hoffa's body was left in went into that car crushing machine that squishes them down into cubes, then sold to some Japanese company.

Not sure if I believe it, but possible.

Great movie, mostly because of the performances, but how in the world is anyone able to watch this movie more than once? It's so intense it lives with you forever after just one viewing.

I totally agree, great movie but I haven't been able to watch it a second time. I think its from those shots of the mother, bizarre.
