    Yes it will be a relief. I bought a new one and I am set to close in June. So I have a few months but don't want to get stuck having to rent mine out b/c I can't sell.

    We'll see.....

    I am just happy that my son will be going to an awesome public school and live on a quiet dead end street filled w/tons of other boys to play with. He hasn't had that being an only child. So it's worth all the stess!!! I think...lol

    What prize? Ed tix? (sorry, I have a one track mind ;))
