GreenTeaDisease wrote:exercise and weight together are about 75-80% of my stress. I wake up every morning sick to stomach, will I have a perfect work out...I end up psyching myself out and not getting one at all...literally I go to bed at night worrying about workouts, I think about it all day at work, it's the first thing on my mind in the morning. I don't know how to solve this...I need to get back in performance shape, so I HAVE to think/worry about it...but I don't know how to make it so I don't feel like throwing up and bashing my head into brick walls...that's why I want to go to this fantasy place I have created in my mind, so I could just work out in peace.
for all the shit you gave me about my views on relationships and self-esteem and whatnot, this is not normal and trumps any psychoses i might have. i certainly don't wake up or fall asleep or make myself sick thinking about those things.0 -

ah cool, and you obviously enjoy this or is it that you have a large amount of work to do?Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.0 -

it's performance anxiety/perfectionism, it's simple. it's actually pretty common too. i'm not saying it's a good thing, but it's not that bizarre. People might not have it for working out per se, but they have it for other things all the time...test taking, work, sports, whatever. whatever happens to be their thing.0 -

see Souly this is why you and I should rule the world.. i totally agree with this.. nothing is as good as actual sex in terms of sexual gratification... blow jobs are great.. but nothing beats the fuddoh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -

I would wish that the one person that I loved with all of my heart was still alive to know that. I wish that I didn't look at the next 30 years of my projected lifespan as just a waiting game. praying each night that I will be able to see him again. that is all I wish for.
well that and maybe some more redvines, because the jar on my desk is empty.IF YOU WANT A PLATE OF MY BEEF SWELLINGTON, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE COVERCHARGE.0 -

Do you prefer redvines when they are fresh, or when they have been around awhile, and are harder?
The next 30 years aren't just part of a waiting game. Live your life; the person you meet up with in 30 years will love to hear about the experiences!0 -

oh, I am living it - it's rad! but that was true and also very sarcastic at the same time...you know the humor that is intended to be funny but you feel kinda bad for laughing?? yeah like that.
as for the redvines, I like fresh so they stick in my teefs and I get to look like I just bit into some very rare meat...it makes me bare my teefs more and talk like a "vampire" especially if I had too much coffee...when the redvines are hard they are kinda waxy and that is gross - might as well eat some twizzlers! hahahaa

and most of them seek some sort of professional help in coping or overcoming it. the ones who are in denial that it is a problem in their lives end up making it worse or shooting people at the local mall/campus.0 -
