I've watched the race and resisted posting in this thread.

All I will say is it is a good race.
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

Nope. I will put on fox at 1:05.

At least we got a pre-race show this time.
    Peter Windsor on the grid.

Yeah, TSN's Alternate feed had extra coverage too. Kinda wish I had found it and knew I got it long ago!

great freaking race, lots of passing and a very exciting finish

Hamilton's car is on steroids and Heiki let him pass. So much for no team orders.

I'm stunned at the speed it showed. Blew past the field including Ferrari. Massa didnt even put up a fight.

I hope BMW finds some more speed.

Massa just plain got out of the way, wtf...it wasn't even raining! ;)

BMW's haven't been too good since Montreal, kind of surprised.
Hamilton is unstoppable unless he starts 10th or over.

If it was Kimi I dont think he would've done wat Massa did. Massa is so overrated he's just a kid with a really big toy, I mean, fast and shiny car.

Piquet just got lucky with the securiy car.

Poor Glok...he could've earned some points.
    Don't go messing with machoes!

Massa is overrated, but really he isn't that bad unless it's raining.
Glad Piquet landed a podium finish.

Glock's crash was a bit scary, he got out ok though.

Massa keeps schooling Kimi in qualifying-so I give him credit. He is lucky to be where he is given his performance in a couple of races-and he raced pretty well in Montreal.

I dont underestimate him-fast car and everyone wants to run him out of ferrari (i.e. its a contract year)

Forgot about Hamilton. He is good but then again so is his McLaren.
Do we call "a slipstream overtaking" an overtaking? It's just your car is faster and that's it. There has been no great battles for a position featuring him and Kimi this season yet.

That's cause when one of them shows up, the other one is asleep at the wheel (usually KR).

His performance in Montreal was a pretty damn good show indeed. It's funny that these guys can drive so well one day, only to look like they're driving blindfolded the next. I wonder how much of it is car setup, etc...

Maybe it's because they've got too many damn laps.

But face it man, Formula 1 today is not what it used to be say 15 years ago. Now it's more about who's got a faster car, the finesse of a race-driver does not prevail in this league of modern racing.

This year with the zero traction control, it sure has made things more interesting, I just don't think the drivers are as crazy as 15 years ago.
They seem to play it too safe now.

That's what's boring. But I hope next season with slick tires coming back and implementing of KERS system implementing F-1 would become one hell of a show:)

    Kimi is, uh, around?
haha, he doesn't even look like he's been trying the last few races
Hamilton is embarrassing everyone, Kubica has sort of dropped off the radar too, but he put in a decent time in qualifying.

I missed the incident with Bourdais - Heidfeld. Nick was awfully pissed off about it, and they interviewed Bourdais who (expectedly) denied intentional blocking.

I was watching, but all I saw was Nick shaking his hand like WTF

the BMW performance is off, for both drivers

I like it. But if hamilton pulls ahead for a big lead tomorrow, I am calling the force India team and flavio and telling them to crash their cars with 25 and 15 laps left.

hahahaha, I'll wait to hear you on team radio!
Hamilton is going to blow the pack away, as usual. Now I know why no one liked Ferrari when Schumacher was driving ;)
