Agreed. Just because Bane was a brainless oaf in Batman and Robin doesn't mean all versions of the character are the same.

As for the third film, Christopher Nolan has said he is trying to keep this series as real as possible. He has undone the damage that has been done with nipple-bearing batsuits and the like. That being said, I think Two Face coming back is a step in the wrong direction.

Personally, I think with the realistic, psychological direction of this new series, the logical choice is Scarface!!! Find a timid actor who can do the whole ventriloquism without special effects. That would rock.
