Yes, its a cute little condo.
I really lucked out and have remarkable parents! They were able to buy it at a really cheap price (and were glad t take the money outta the dropping stock market!) The place needed/needs work and I agreed to fix it up for a reduced rent rate:) it's a win win situation...after I move on from here they will either sell it, rent it, or now they talk of retiring here.

well, (would it be even appropriate in the first place....) could you bring a good friend with you; you know, one who is mellow, unphased, and yet supportive of you and that can actually provide moral support if you need it? I hope if you are feeling a bit set back for that, that you do have someone you could have come with you just to provide some silent strength so that it doesn't seem so dreadful....Idk....is that possible?
