it's my first night in my new place...

And I'm laying in bed, I roll over and I'm staring right at the toilet of the master bathroom....so I think to myself "ok, I'll put the bed on the other wall". I do so...get in bed roll over and I'm staring at the toilet in the hall bathroom! Wtf...planned so well for maximum view:D:p

I obviously know to just shut the door...or turn the other way... Just found it amusing! And I have no cable right now either so I have to entertain myself!

***this morning when I woke up I noticed something odd...I slept in the middle of the bed! The whole time after the ex left (9 months or so) while I was in 'our' house, I slept on 'my' side of the bed. I guess my body/mind knew to let go of that when I moved here!

Growing up my parents kitchen had wallpaper in brown, green and yellow....of MUSHROOMS!! And a mushroom cookie jar!:eek: had the cookie jar forever till I broke it! Lol:)

We had shag carpet, lots of throw pillows (what was the kind where you pulled string through a webbed netting that was colored into know what string to use! Flashback!!) And black and white TV's

Ohh the hook and loop pillows! We had a ton of those throw rugs! I also grew up with a black and white tv in the kitchen:) now remember I was born in 1980! Apparently my parents were a little behind the times!

I wonder if they were the same... Ours were a white plastic chair that curved (looked like a pod around ya a bit) with a green chair pad...and the swiveled!!:D

how about just count your blessings? here you are, ONE person...with TWO toilets/bathrooms! we are two people and live in a one bathroom house. no complaints at all, just saying. it's all perspective.



and yes, simply close the door.
