I'm not saying in any way that it's anyones fault these things happen, but you have to wonder why sometimes...A human being that was given to fly.

even those who do the screaming wonder why sometimes. it aches like nothing else ive ever experienced. you feel yourself splitting in two and you look at your life and you think what is the problem. but nothing you see or can touch gives you the answer. and then you realise its all in your head. and that is the most scary thing of all. its with you always...waiting. and i dont mean youre imagining it. you dont want it to be a part of you but it is and you cant be rid of it through wishing or hoping or praying. you just have to learn to live with it. and that is the most difficult thing to do.hear my name

I have felt suicidal feelings, and it was at a time in my life when, to the outside world at least, things had never been better for me. Consequently, it was hard to explain and justify these feelings, even to myself. Add the guilt of considering this to all the other confused feelings and you have a situation from which it feels there is only one escape.A human being that was given to fly.

and my cousin(whom i never met) committed suicide when he was 17. his parents had no idea why, and did not see any signs of it coming. he was great with engines, and could fix just about anything. the day before he died he finished building a gokart with his 9 year old sister.
my uncle also committed suicide when he was 35, but that was because of drugs.I have certain rules I live by ... My First Rule ... I don't believe anything the government tells me ... George Carlin

Oh fuck off with calling the dude an idiot. You have to realize that not everybody realizes just how bad some things can be for people. For people who do not have the kind of mental imbalances that those who do these types of things possess, I can see how it can be unbelievable for someone that young to do something like that.0

that is a prime age for suicide...and i would say continues until you are probably 35. i know suicide was a close friend to me at that age. with my own life already a mess, then my one and only Kurt Cobain died...well...as you could imagine...it seems like a good idea at the time. i chose the self destructive path as an alternative...self destructive in a way that you get to live and enjoy the pain you put yourself thru. which is better? i still question.
so yeah....to think that 15 year olds are immune to these thoughts and acts is simply ignorant. i guess your ignorance means you had a lovely childhood and your life is simply peachy. props to you. not everyone is so optimistic.Seems that needlessly it's getting harder

I think it was last year, when a teenager killed himself at my brothers school. He was 15. I guess he did it because his girlfriend broke up with him. It was really tragic, and the sad part was, that the girl who broke up with him was TOTALLY harassed and tortured by the other kids in the school because of it. It's just a sad chain of events when someone, at any age choses to end their life. Everyone is connected to many people on various levels and when someone's life ends its very hard on everyone around them. I hope that in the future, more assistance can be provided to those who feel that they have run out of options. I think it takes a team of professionals and well educated people to work with families and individuals to help.
very tragic all around.0 -

The will to live is the strongest part of what makes us human, when someone commits suicide, they have to be extremely messed up chemically and emotionally to actually commit the act. We just lost a 20 year old in our town who was only 5 days older then my oldest son, and they graduated together. Where I hike everyday in the woods, there is a beautiful memorial built by his friends and family. What a beautiful tribute to him in a gorgeous spot. I hope he know just how much he was loved, because the effort that has gone into this shine is just amazing. I am touched by it every time I see it.
