Why not just walk from City Hall to the Complex with them? Ya should be able to keep up, if not get ahead, of them. I think that's what I'm gonna do.
well you would have to either walk along with the first ( you miss everything behind them) or last part of the parade.. and I think making the trek down Broad St with all of those people (especially with the last group of players headed to the stadium) will not be easy... rather find a nice spot near City Hall, enjoy parts of the parade, take some pics and then head over to the complex.

From what I hear, the parade will be broadcast on the screens at the Linc and Bank and that the players will make a quick appearance on the field of the Linc before heading over for the rally at the Bank... other than that, who knows... floats will include playes, ex-players, team officials, ball girls, and Phanatic- per Inquirer
